Motivation.Moderation Movement.


In the world of fitness its important to take into consideration how to make fitness apart of our everyday lifestyle. It should come second nature- like waking up and eating breakfast, brushing our teeth or going to work. Getting our day started begins with finding a reason behind what we are trying to accomplish and then executing it.

but first answer this question....

What does Motivation look like to you?

  • Is it the people you follow on instagram that motivate you?

  • Is it your kids?

  • Your friends?

Motivation is key to your overall success someone who is not motivated will not seek any form of change or self improvement.
